Will there be more Madness in the NCAA Tournament now that we have reached the Final Four? Or will Kentucky take its place alongside some of the best teams in the history of the sport?

In our latest episode of The A Lot of Sports Talk Podcast, we focus on breaking down the Final Four games that are about to get under way in the Hoosier State. Mark Adams, former Division I head basketball coach at Central Connecticut State and current basketball color analyst on ESPN and the Missouri Valley Conference, joins us for an all-encompassing conversation about college basketball, including assessing each of the four teams and how they arrived in Indianapolis. Along with providing his predictions on the national semifinal games, Adams adds an in-depth, personal perspective on Gregg Marshall’s decision to stay at Wichita State as its basketball head coach, as well as Shaka Smart and his decision to leave VCU to take the Texas job. Also, Adams offers some strong opinions on how to improve the quality of the game of basketball, both on and off the court. You’ll definitely want to hear a couple of the rules changes that he might make if he were declared king of the college basketball world.

Secondly, we focus our attention on the soccer pitch, as the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup is just a few months away from kicking off in Canada. One of the greatest soccer players to ever wear the Red, White and Blue, April Heinrichs, technical director of the U.S. Soccer Federation and former U.S. Women’s National Team captain and coach, joins the show and shares her opinion on some of the biggest changes she has seen in the game of women’s soccer since her playing days. Heinrichs also takes us back to 1991, when she captained the U.S. team to the championship of the inaugural FIFA Women’s World Cup, which was held in China.
