NEW YORK — Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski stalks the sideline of a basketball coach in ACC competition no more after tonight. When walking off the floor for that last time in conference play, will he and his team walk away with one last tournament title?

Before any coronation can become official, the top-seeded Blue Devils need to fend off No. 7 seed Virginia Tech, who may be living a charmed life and might not stop until taking a first-ever ACC Tournament crown to Blacksburg. After Dawson Maddox drained a three-pointer at the buzzer in overtime to life the Hokies to a win in their first tourney game this week, a 78-75 win over No. 10 Clemson. Coming into the Brooklyn more likely to miss the NCAA Tournament than not, Virginia Tech then surprised No. 2 Notre Dame in the quarterfinals before it sprung a bigger surprise last night, a near wire-to-wire win over No. 3 seed North Carolina, 72-59.

Do the Hokies need to win to cement their spot in the NCAA Tournament, or have they done enough this week to assure a spot in the Big Dance? Can the Blue Devils win a 16th tournament title for Coach K and cement his ACC legacy with one last ACC Tourney crown?

Make sure to keep it here at A Lot of Sports Talk for wall-to-wall coverage of the ACC Tournament, part of our all-encompassing coverage of Championship Week that will have us covering conference tournaments from all over the country.
