2015 NCAA Tournament East Regional Preview

With the East Region being the only region in which both the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds were eliminated before the Sweet 16, it’s not too far-fetched to think more upsets might be in the offing for Friday night.

A Lot of Sports Talk is on the ground at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, New York for the East Regionals in the Salt City. In the above video, ALOST reporter Julia Morris previews the two regional semifinals, with North Carolina State looking to upend the Louisville Cardinals for a second time this season in an all-ACC matchup while Michigan State hopes to continue a run towards another Final Four as they face the highest seed remaining in the region, the No. 3 Oklahoma Sooners.

Along with the East Region, the South Region begins its regional semifinals on Friday from Houston, with No. 11 seed UCLA first taking on second-seeded Gonzaga, followed by top-seeded Duke facing No. 5 Utah.
